What this site
does with your
information.
Very little, and none of it happens out of sight.
No analytics. No advertising.
No cookies set for visitors.
Built to collect nothing.
This is a portfolio, not a funnel. There is nothing to optimise, so there is nothing to watch.
The pages are static. The typefaces and the animation scripts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so no outside server learns that you visited. There is no analytics tool recording which section you lingered on, and no social widget that could place a cookie before you touched anything.
WordPress does set cookies for a logged-in editor. That is for the person maintaining the site, not for you.
Your enquiry
goes one way.
The form on the contact page does not submit anything.
It composes an email.
Fill it in, press the button, and your own email app opens with a draft ready to send. Nothing leaves your machine until you send it.
Nothing is stored here.
There is no enquiry table, no plugin collecting names, and no copy kept on this server.
What I do keep.
Once you write to me, your message sits in my inbox and in my backups while we are in touch. Ask me to remove it and I will.
The whole list.
- Hosted by StableHost, on shared servers. They keep standard access logs, which include IP addresses.
- No cookies are set for visitors, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No third-party fonts, scripts, images or embeds are loaded on any page.
- No analytics, advertising networks or social tracking of any kind.
- Forms on this site prepare an email locally. Nothing is posted to a server.
- Questions, corrections and deletion requests: hello@ericagulto.com

An honest page
beats a long one.
Most privacy notices are written to cover a company rather than to be read. This one describes what this site actually does, in the same voice as everything else here.
